Breckenridge Grand Vacations

Our Charitable Endeavors

Breckenridge Grand Vacations (BGV) is deeply committed to its philanthropic program, known as BGV Gives. Prosperity is one of BGV Gives’ three core pillars (people, planet, prosperity) — reflecting our commitment to helping both our employees and our broader community thrive. In 2025, BGV Philanthropy directly supported nearly 200 organizations through $3.7 million in grants, sponsorships, and in-kind donations, making it our largest giving year to date.

BGV offers an annual fall grant cycle and supports individual sponsorships throughout the year to ensure flexible giving and consistent, year-round support for partners across six key focus areas: Health, Human Services, Education, Environment, Sports & Recreation, and Arts & Culture. Our philanthropic efforts prioritize meaningful local impact, with a primary focus on Summit and Park Counties—where BGV properties and employees are deeply rooted in the community. We also extend our impact through in-kind donations to Colorado-based and national organizations aligned with the causes our owners and guests actively support.

Beyond philanthropic giving, BGV partners with organizations in unique ways to give back. In 2025, BGV launched Toast Round Up, a new initiative designed to raise funding and awareness for our community partners among BGV owners and guests. The program featured seven participating locations across three properties—Grand Timber Lodge, Grand Lodge on Peak 7, and Grand Colorado on Peak 8. In its first year, almost 17,000 owners and guests rounded up their purchases, generating $8,000 in donations across two nonprofit partners.

For 12 years, BGV has proudly managed an annual BGV Adopt-a-Family Program in partnership with Mountain Mentors, a trusted community-based organization that connects caring adult volunteers with youth ages 8 to 16. Through this program, BGV employees help bring holiday joy to families in need across Summit County. In 2025, employees adopted 29 families and purchased, wrapped, and delivered gifts for 114 individuals—creating meaningful moments of connection and support during the holiday season.

While BGV is incredibly proud of our financial contributions, we are equally proud of our paid Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program, which provides every employee—regardless of role—24 hours of paid time annually to give back to their community. In 2025, BGV organized more than 20 projects with community organizations and BGV employees collectively volunteered more than 10,400 hours in the community, donating back the equivalent of five full-time jobs to local nonprofit organizations.

Each year, BGV hosts RAM Legacy in Action Day—a companywide day of service dedicated to connecting and giving back to our local community in honor of Robert A. Millisor, BGV’s late owner. Rob passed away from a heart attack in 2015 while volunteering in Nepal, and his legacy of service continues to inspire this annual event. Through RAM Legacy in Action Day, BGV raises funds for local heart health initiatives and mobilizes employees from across the company to volunteer with community organizations, creating meaningful impact in the places we live and work.

In 2025, BGV Gives hosted its largest RAM Legacy in Action Day to date, bringing together more than 230 volunteers and sponsors who contributed over 720 service hours across 11 Summit and Park County nonprofits. Together, we raised more than $100,000 for the Rob A. Millisor Heart Health Fund, supporting local organizations that provide critical services including AED purchases, access to healthy food, and clinical care.
