Through the leadership of our Culture Council, we support firm-wide volunteer experiences and provide resources that strengthen those efforts. At MDK, giving back is part of who we are, and we’re proud to foster a culture where community engagement is supported at every level.
Our partnership with Besa helps us turn that commitment into meaningful action. Through this collaboration, MDK offers 32 hours of Volunteer Time Off (VTO) per year to our team members, enabling them to volunteer their time and energy to support a diverse range of nonprofit organizations, both local and national.
We focus on causes that matter to us both as individuals and as a firm, whether it’s advancing access to justice, uplifting underserved communities, or supporting social and environmental efforts. Together with Besa, we’re proud to make a difference in the communities where we live and work.
