Timeshares Only has been in the vacation ownership resale business since 1994. We created the first global timeshare marketplace and advertising company dedicated to connecting owners, buyers and renters.

We offer innovative products, develop cutting-edge marketing technology and constantly evolve to meet the needs of our valued customers. Our team is comprised of unique individuals that strive to be authentic and add value to every service they provide. Our Charitable Involvement

Second Harvest Food Bank – Annual Holiday Food Drive

Each November, Timeshares Only hosts an annual food drive in support of Second Harvest Food Bank, whose mission helps provide over half a million meals each year to individuals and families in need. Our team collects canned and boxed food items to help support families during the Thanksgiving season.

In 2025, we donated 285 pounds of food, along with a cash contribution that helped provide more than 1,000 meals to community members. This initiative is a combination of employee donations and company support and is a cause we look forward to every year.

Baby DJ Holiday Toy Drive – Annual Toy Drive

Every December, we proudly participate in the Baby DJ Holiday Toy Drive, collecting new, unwrapped toys for children in need within our local community. Each year, our team donates approximately 100 toys, helping bring joy to families during the holiday season.

Timeshares Only also supports One Heart for Women and Children in Orlando by donating items for auction at their fundraising events. These contributions help raise critical funds to support women and children experiencing homelessness and hardship in our local community.
